Ochre-yellow rug: the colour with a golden glow

Although an ochre-yellow rug probably immediately makes you think of the sun, it is a true earth colour. That’s because the colour comes from hydrated iron(III) oxide. The colour looks a bit like dull gold, a little brownish-yellow. Slightly less bright than “normal” yellow but just as warm and cheerful. And maybe even just a bit more stylish.
