Free shipping

When you order a product through Tapeso if the order is over £70 we provide shipping free of charge, and this applies to the full catalogue. For orders below that amount, £4.94 shipping costs are added. We also charge shipping costs when the order amount falls below £70 due to a return.

Delivery time

It is naturally important to know when you can expect a product at home. Almost all our products are in stock and are shipped immediately. All our products are linked to a real-time stock. This allows you to check the estimated delivery time on the product page. For more accurate details, please use the tracking code we send with every order.

Request a free return

You can easily schedule a free return pick-up through our customer service team. They will arrange a convenient time to collect the package from your address. Email your request, including your order number, to [email protected]. Please note: you have 30 days after receiving the product to return your package.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, returns are free of charge when you drop off the item at one of our return points. Have you ordered a rug, but it’s not quite what you expected? Then you can return it for free within 30 days.

You are, of course, allowed to take the rug out of the packaging to view it at home. However, it is important that the rug is returned to us in new condition. This means it must not have any stains or be dirty. The rug should be fully packed for return to ensure it doesn’t get dirty during transport.

If our products are treated respectfully, they can always be returned. You can take it out of its packaging and it does not necessarily have to be returned in its original packaging. However, it is advisable to keep it for a while if you are still not sure about your product. In the case of a non-slip rug pad, it is wise to leave it in its original packaging as we can no longer sell it if it is dirty.

When testing a rug, it is recommended to vacuum it first, so that you can place it in a hygienic environment.

These items cannot be returned:

  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Articles that have been used, damaged or incomplete

Packaging

  • Please pack the rug properly. It is very important that the edges are also well packed so that the rug does not get damaged or dirty during transport

Refund

  • As soon as we have received the rug in good condition, we will refund your money
  • You will receive a confirmation by e-mail

You have 30 days from when you receive the product to return it. 

You will be refunded as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days after we have received the item in good condition, using the same payment method used to pay for it.
